I have 2 Occicats ,white with spots and both are blue eyed ,just different shades of blueish . They both take sight and hearing . But I question the lighter blue eyed may be a little challenged when outside. They are indoor cats just we have them out in the yard at times. Many white Persians have bluish eyes and are not deaf. I've also seen many odd eyed white Persians that had no deafness . Bespeak colored cats also are blue eyed and by and large are not deaf.

They might be flamepoint siamese mixes. They are white with faint tan on their tails and ears when they are young, and may get more than orangish when they get older

I had a white blue eyed cat in one case, we took her everywhere we could get away with, she loved going places. I mean solar day we were at a swap run into and someone asked if she was deaf, then explained this. Nosotros tested her after and sure plenty she was.
